How to Use?

Press the Calculate button to compute your BMI. The result shows your BMI score, weight category, and a coloured indicator on the BMI scale.

Review your healthy weight range
The calculator shows the minimum and maximum healthy weight for your height, based on the BMI range 18.5–24.9. Your result displays in the same weight unit you selected.
